英文版：Radio Service Handling Instruction， The CIIE in shanghai

为确保中国国际进口博览会期间的无线电安全，依据《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》、《中华人民共和国无线电频率划分规定》、《无线电频率使用许可管理办法》、《中国国际进口博览会期间无线电管理通告》的相关规定，特制定本须知。

一、无线电频率申请

进博会筹备和举办期间，申请在展会活动场馆及其他指定区域内使用无线电发射设备的外国用户；香港、澳门、台湾地区及中国内地用户，应在2018年10月20日之前向上海市无线电管理局提出频率申请。 用户可从上海市无线电管理局官方网站（http://www.shrc.gov.cn）下载频率申报表。频率申请确认后，上海市无线电管理局将完成频率审批并核发《进博会无线电频率使用许可证》。

办理时间：周一至周五上午9:30-11：30，

下午1：30-5：00  

办理地点：上海市淮海中路1329号22楼2208室

办理期限：5个工作日

注意事项：

 协调征询过程中按不同情况可能会涉及到：组网设计报告、设备详细技术参数、现场无线电磁环境测试。

二、 无线电频率干扰申诉

进博会筹备和举办期间展会活动场馆及其他指定区域内获准使用的无线电设备受到无线电干扰时，可以向上海市无线电管理局提出干扰申诉。用户可从上海市无线电管理局官方网站（http://www.shrc.gov.cn）下载干扰申诉单。干扰申诉确认后，上海市无线电管理局根据收到的干扰申诉及其他具体情况，进行无线电管理监督检查，排除有害干扰。

Radio Service Handling Instruction， The CIIE in shanghai(2018.9.5)

In order to ensure the success of the CIIE in Shanghai, it is based on the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the management of Radio Operation, and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Radio Frequency Allocation, the Radio Frequency Licensing Management Measures, and the Radio Management Notice during the CIIE. The relevant regulations have been formulated.

l Radio frequency application

During the period of the CIIE, any organization or individual  who  want  to use radio transmission equipment  in exhibition venues and other designated areas shall submit  an frequency applications to Shanghai Radio Administration Bureau (hereinafter referred to as SRAB) (http://www.shrc.gov.cn) .After the frequency application is confirmed, the SRAB will complete the frequency approval and issue Radio Frequency License for CIIE.

Processing time：9:30am-11:30am (Mon.- Fri.)

1:30pm-5pm (Mon.- Fri.)

Notice：

According to different situations during the coordination consultation process, it may involve: network design report, detailed technical parameters of equipment, on-site radio electromagnetic environment test.

Radio interference complaints and supervision

During the period of the CIIE, If the radio equipment approved for use in exhibition venues and other designated areas may be subject to interference, the organization or the individual concerned may complaints to the SRAB. The SRAB will conduct supervision and inspection according to the appealing received and other information.
